Hello, my name is HK and I have been living abroad for approximately 22 years. I was born in Korea and when I was 3 years old, I emigrated to The Philippines/Uganda/The United States. Since then, I have received all my education from pre-school to university abroad with an English curriculum. I went to middle school and high school in Uganda and decided to go to the medical school at Makerere University which is the national public university of Uganda. I currently reside in the Unites States to prepare for my medical license exams to be able to practice medicine in the Unites States. I am far more comfortable speaking/communicating in English as it was my primary language living abroad, but I am still able to read and write Korean enough to be able to converse in Korean and also teach Korean speaking individuals.

I would like to teach professional English to people who already have some sort of working knowledge of English. I aim to potentially fix grammatical errors and teach the nuances of professional English during our sessions. I can also talk about the cultural differences in English speaking countries that no other teachers can teach. This is aimed at various medical students/current doctors, individuals looking to emigrate to another English speaking country, or would want to speak English in a casual/formal manner regularly to improve their English conversational skills.
